Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to refund an item if you simply change your mind. All parcels for original artwork within Australia and the US are sent via Registered Australia Post and leave the premises in perfect condition. If you believe you have received an item that wasn't as described, please contact me so we can try to sort it out.

Artwork is protected with hard card and cello sleeves. Items will only be accepted for return under the following guidelines:

  • Items are still in their original packaging and unmarked.
  • Shipping cost to return or change-of-mind exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds exclude the initial shipping fees.
  • Sprout Gallery cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned prints so tracking is advised.
