Returns & Exchanges

Sprout Gallery is unable to refund an item if you simply change your mind. Each artwork is made individually or printed for you the customer so please choose carefully. Sprout Gallery is not a corporation so product returns cost us money that cannot be recuperated. All parcels are sent with tracking and leave the premises in perfect condition. If you believe you have received an item that wasn't as described, please contact me so we can try to sort it out.

Artwork is protected with hard card and cello sleeves. Items will only be accepted for return under the following guidelines:

  • Items are still in their original packaging and unmarked.
  • Shipping cost to return exchanges (previously discussed between customer and seller) is the customer's responsibility.
  • Sprout Gallery cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned prints so tracking is advised.
  • Refunds exclude the initial shipping fees.
