Shipping

Items will be shipped 2-5 working days after the order is received and payment cleared.

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA.

If you live outside of Australia (USA, UK etc) please allow anywhere from 10 days to three weeks for delivery of your item. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 DAYS WITHIN AUSTRALIA VIA REGULAR POST (Australia Post isn't what it used to be, so please be patient).

ALLOW 10 DAYS TO THREE WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA particularly around busy periods such as Christmas. Some European countries have taken up to 5 weeks. This is out of our control. If you require your goods sooner, please contact Sprout Gallery and we can organise an express mailing with the cost incurred by you, the buyer. It is best to do this before you purchase online.

Sprout Gallery processes orders immediately for postage. Once they are in the mail it is outside of Sprout Gallery's control as to how long they take to arrive to their destination.

Please be aware:

  • Sprout Gallery does not use tracking on A4 print orders.
  • Sprout Gallery does not use tracking on A3 prints outside of Australia.
  • Sprout Gallery does use tracking on A3 prints mailed within Australia.
  • Sprout Gallery does use tracking on any order over $200 both local and international.

If you require tracking please let Sprout Gallery know before you order and we will get back to you with a tracking cost.

All prints are sent normal mail and are packaged carefully in a plastic sleeve with backing board.
